I decided to pick up a Victorio VKP1012 Hand Operated Grain Mill. Victorio new in box. As a "newbie" into the world of grinding my own wheat I wanted to start off small. The Back to Basic assembles very differently than this Victorio VKP1012, and it is definitely not as good. I'm still looking for a hand operated grain mill. If Victorio would fix the attachment problem of the VKP1024 so that it would attach to a standard 1 inch counter overhang, I would definitely repurchase it.
